The Grand Canyon: North Rim... ...it's in Arizona of course...
...the elevation here is said to be over 8000 feet...
...a sample of the road into and out of the North Rim area... ...there were lots of trees and large green grassy meadows ...the many Aspen trees promise bright yellows in the fall...

Cool! I'm doing North American geography with Philip right now and I think tomorrow we might check out your blog b/c we'll be talking about The Grand Canyon! Great pictures! I hope he's having a good vision day so he can see them okay.
